Slavyanka is located at the southern periphery of St Petersburg – a beautifully located spot along Neva and the undulating river Slavyanka. This region of the city has been targeted as an important development area for urban extension with subsequent increase of infrastructure investments.

The structure of the plan is divided into four distinctive areas that provide commercial, communal and premises in order to create social heterogeneity, identity and long term sustainability.
