Tovatt Architects and Planner have developed a feasibility study for Odensjö Golf Club including a new clubhouse, refurbishment of existing cultural heritage and new residential development. The new housing area that is a part of the feasibility study is developed in cooperation with Jönköping local authority and is situated on a hill with a wonderful view over the surrounding landscape where the future golf course will be sited. The situation plan is structured around a farm and the houses are grouped together and positioned to define a street. The private gardens are in contrast to the street facing the open surrounding landscape.
Tovatt Architects and Planners have developed four different prefabricated houses that take advantage of the qualities of the building placement in the plan.
