Tovatt Architects developed a strategy for Odensjö Golf Club. This included plans for a future golf course including a new clubhouse, maintenance of existing cultural heritage and new houses. Four kinds of prefabricated houses were developed. The designs are made in the spirit of an urban plan that Tovatt Architects and Planners developed together with Jönköping municipality. The individual houses where designed to take advantage of the unique situations of the site. Buyers are given the opportunity of combining unit types to provide an individual solution.
