Årstafältet and its neighbourhood is one of Stockholm's most complex urban junctions. Situated to the south of the city centre the area

roads and railways, natural areas and cultural environments, meeting places and recreation, industrial and housing with varied urban structures, together give great opportunities.

Our vision includes a dense and urban settlement, with clear links in time and space. We propose a robust structure that is transparent and clear, while being open to change.

The proposal connects current barriers, both those within in Årstafältet and those between the surrounding urban areas.

We suggest that all parts of the planned area contains mixed activities, both horizontally and vertically. Our proposal is based on the natural landscape, the cultural landscape and the urban landscape.
