Tovatt Architects and Planners has made a proposal of how to develop the site Kv.Korthållaren close to Vällingby Centre for Svenska Bostäder.  The study includes a 16 storey building towards south and lower buildings towards north.

The concept is based on four buildings that are stepping upwards and also varies in height, they raise from 5 storeys up to 16. On the terraces are communal spaces located as well as laundry facilities for the tenants. In that way a series of terraces are created on different levels that interact with the existing court landscape. The placement of the new buildings will strengthen the court and its continuous relationship with Lyckselegatan in the north. In the same time the additions will give Lyckselegatan a well defined street space with a more urban character than today.

The 16 storey building to the south both beautifully frames the court and acts as a landmark towards the Vällingby centre. The façade have a firm and a bit strict expression towards the centre and a more informal expression with green terraces and balconies towards the court.
