Ulvsundaberget is a steep sloping site of wooded character in the area of Ulvsunda in Bromma. The area has a charming character of pine and broadleaf woodlands with views to the north to the Ulvsunda lake.

Eight free standing buildings are placed around the sloping site to best suit the steep topography. The building volumes are arranged in a fanned out manor around the hilltops crest. The natural landscape is retained around the buildings. The parking for the development is solved in basement parking blasted out of the rock below. Access is create through lifts down to the ‘tunnel’ garage.
