Tovatt Arcitects and Planners together with Paju Arkitektur have developed strategies and a masterplan/landscape concept for how to strengthen the relationship between the existing village Ortskern Aspern and the new Aspern Seestadt.

The plan is structured to develop and function over time in a number of phases. In the first phase the focus is set on the landscape, pedestrian and cycle routs and a tram line with a temporary end stop. The plan provides at this stage well defined entrance points and the framework for the future usage and movement on the site. From there it will develop with built structures and activities within the parkland.
