Tovatt Architects and planners were asked to partake in a developer competition for green housing regeneration on four adjoining sites 1 mile north of Liverpool city centre. The developer competition was organised by Liverpool City Council, Green homes Regeneration Department. The winning proposal was made together with Greenfield Way Ltd.
