The client approach Erskine Tovatt with the brief for designing 176 modular apartments of between 25 to 100 m2. All the units designed are suitable for factory production and transportation as modules. The basement level provides 160 parking places and storage for the 176 apartments.  

The proposal has a rational plan form with an articulated varied volume.  Variations of plan length and building height create a lively and informal urban environment. Four storey blocks are placed towards a park zone and are given a generous terrace at roof level.
