Erskine Tovatt Architects were invited to design an apartment block for the Swedish housing and building exhibition 2001. The exhibition was situated in the regenerated west docks area of Malmö. The region is undergoing revitalisation following the building of the major bridge link between Sweden and Denmark.

The buildings volume is broken down in a variation of form and colour. The apartments vary in size from 100 to 195m2. All the units have generous fenestration towards the kattegat sea, with balconies towards the courtyard protected from the strong winds. The apartments have a light and open plan solution, each with the opportunity for a private sauna.
